Worked so hard the month of April and finally got to 139.2 and then went to visit my daughter for a week and we ate out about every night and I gained 2 pounds. I've been really careful this week to log everything and to do exercise every day. NO cheats. I am looking forward to a good weigh in on Friday. i went from 139.4 to 139.2!!! NoT much of a loss. but oh well I guess i will take it. I have been bad this week end though so I will avoid the scales for a few days. Oh I hate when that happens. I was seeing the 13's and then suddenly I got back in the 140's and i want to puke. But I am working really hard to get out of the 40's again and stay in the 30's for a while so I can eventually see the 20's. It has been a long time since I saw a 120anything on my scales. That's hard since I live on the 4th floor and we don't have a lift. also I work on the 2nd floor but we do have the lift but usually I need to escort the kids…

Yes I do like swimming and it is the best exercise for my knees. I also like to jog but that is the worst thing I can do right now. DANG! Once I get jogging I can just jog and jog but not now! Also if used to be safe to be out jogging but now I am kind of afraid anyway to even walk alone on the street in these days of not…
