I make my own apple sauce to add instead of butter, peel 2 apples,cut them up then, toss in blender.

Eat grilled chicken breast, and rice and drink a glass of milk, and a piece of fruit. A bowl of cereal in morning. 3 slices of ham at night.

I have an addiction to processed sugar, so I am trying to eat fruit every time I have a craving. It helps.
