me too!! Jillian Michael's dvds in my living room at 5:45 am - 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, and I also do The Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd. I just like getting my exercise out of the way- if I do it in the morning I'm done for the day!

30 day shred - 15 pounds lost. just started No More Trouble Zones from Jillian MIchaels and am going to alternate it daily with BL cardio max. very excited!

While working within my calories and doing the 30 day shred in the morning, plus some activity in the evening (walking/swimming with the kids, etc) I started at 195 pounds. 2 days later I was 190. After the first week I was 188. And in 5.5 weeks I've lost 15 pounds, which works out to about 2 pounds a week after that…

It was at the end and I didn't follow the shred diet, just MFP and eating recipes I made from the biggest loser family cookbook. I also tried to incorporate a second workout in the evening, things like taking the kids swimming at the ymca or walking with them to the park, just a little extra something.

Last week: 182.2 lbs This week: 182.9 lbs I was away this weekend - i now realize that if there's no computer handy to see where my calories are at on MFP that I should still be writing it down the good old fashioned way! Still 182 and pumped to get it to 180 by next Monday! Good luck everyone!!!

I do the level i am on in the morning (level 3) and then in the evening i do level 1. I hear ya - great workout but totally able to throw in some more cardio afterward.

Insanity doesn't require equipment, whereas p90x needs pull up bar and various sizes of handweights or resistance bands. also, insanity is VERY cardio based whereas p90x bounces around between strength and cardio. personally, i prefer insanity but i know p90x is a great challenge too. pop on youtube to watch clips of each…

sometimes i google it and take an average - if people say they burn 300 calories on average doing a yoga dvd i'll put in 225 to err on the side of caution and not overeat later.. . .in a pinch and without a HRM that's what i'd do
