I have had 2 and I am in the same boat. I hate the saggy lower belly that is just above that big scare ! I have 16 lbs to go , I found boot camps and a lot of core helps with it, but I fear it will never be like it once was :( But worth it for my kiddies to be safe on delivery :)

My one day of 1200 calories burns included 2 boot camp classes, it may be off but I do burn about 500 per class as it is intense circuit training,but I dont eat back my calories so its not like I was off by much !

No It was my daughters Birthday :( Thought maybe a angel food cake trifflel would be better than a huge chocolate cake . and NO I dont usually eat triffles every day .

Today being Family Day in Canada my boot camp was closed but I usually 4 Boot Camp Classes Mon - Thursday , plus my daughters 7th birthday and valentines day was a tough weekend :(

I have been entering it under circuit training. Its very close to the calories burned by someone in my class with a hrm and she was 165 lbs. Plus I think our boot camp is like a circuit with cardio and weights mixed
