  • Same boat here. Lost 35 pounds a few months ago, but put 25 back on. Seriously rededicating now! I can say this, the minute I stopped logging my food is when I put the weight back on. I am logging everyday, even on cheat days! Good luck with your journey!
  • Thanks for all the replies!!!! srp2011 that is what I am thinking. I have been doing 5k mud runs like the Warrior Dash and would like to increase my speed. I like the 5k distance, may do a 10k at the end of the year but I am wanting to concentrate on getting faster. Thanks again all!
  • Your journey seems to have been quite amazing and successful! I have gone from fatty to athlete back to fatty (trying to get back to athlete)! Looking to do a half-marathon this year, so I appreciate your inspirational story! Congrats!!!!
