Another great snack is Slivered Almonds with Dried Cranberries. It gives you a tiny bit of sugar and also the healthy fats you can burn in almonds as well as your carbs for energy!! When I lost my weight last year this was one of my main snack foods everyday and it works wonders!! :D

I agree with RHerrin you need your healthy good carbs!! Its how you fuel your body with energy for your workout :) Stay away from the pasta's and breads (They are my secret addiction), and you'll be fine!! :D

Another great tip for your eggs is adding a can of tuna at the end of frying them and adding a bit of salsa. You can choose to put them in a pita if you want some healthy carbs, or if you're limiting your carb intake you can easily eat it straight from a bowl!! :)
