Sad to say I haven't been doing this. I did the 1st week of level one and took time off and didn't do it again... I and going to start again but I am proud of you all that have stuck with it!! I have had serious lack of energy and motivation... Back at it in the morning!!

i guess I got started late. I am on Day 4 /L1 my legs were sore the 1st few days. Cardio is what exhausts me. Kinda bored with the same everyday... I will do "real" real push ups this time, or as many as I can. Ready for RESULTS!!

Me too, I'd really like for my thighs to separate when I walk... I will also be reading for some tips and info. I did see where Jillian Michaels released a "Killer buns and thighs" dvd... has anyone tried this???

I do! Set my alarm for 5:15 I get home by 7am to get my boys up and ready for school. If I don't get up and do it early I will always find a reason to not workout later...

Add lemon or lime slices in your water. It helps the boredom from plain ol water.

Ankle extensions and flexion... opening and closing toes. Are a few, I will try to remember more and repost later.

Update: I have kept my sodium and carbs and water in check the past two days and lost about 2 lbs just like that =) Yay!!

Alright! I have some changes to make =) I hope this makes the difference Im hoping for. Thanks you all for the advice! and yes I did eat a Brat for dinner with nothing =) I like those!

Thank you all for the feedback. I work out at 5 to 6am at least 4-5 times a week. I have cut out all soda and sweet tea altogether. Jogging at a 5.0 pace and walking at 3.7 alternating.... I will start cutting out all other junk carbs to see if that helps. Its just so frustrating to work so hard for minimal results.

I sooo want that same exact thing, for my thighs to separate when I walk and my belly not to roll over my jeans when I sit down!!

My goal is to be ready for my 1st 5K!!! And to get 100 miles in the month or March.
