extra exercise calories...
So when we workout we earn extra calories to eat... but I have already gone over my carbs for the day. What can I eat that is carb free? Just meat and cheese? I know I was really bad for breakfast this morning I usually do not eat pancakes ever... but now I have 500 calories to eat and I am over my carbs. ugg!

barely losing any weight...
I started MFP in mid Feb... I have only lost 2 lbs so far. I have been working out at least 4-5 time a week doing cardio and circuit training. I am being very honest about my calories and not going over but once or twice. It is so frustrating. What can I do? Any advice?

Shoes??
I am training for a 5k and my shoes are shot. I need to go buy a new, good pair of running shoes... any suggestions from people that run outdoors?

Im loving MFP! It is excellent for keeping me accountable. Trying to lose around 40 lbs by the end of May.
