Hi cheering you on. I used a BF Scale and did some other tests and estimated my BF %. Then I figured out my Lean Body Mass. Then I added 20% body fat to that and got my goal weight. I am 190 lbs now I estimate that I have about 40 lbs per lose, but I will always be checking. Feel free to friend! :smile:

@taxmom - it is funny the same thing happened to me. I was running on the treadmill and i just realized I did not have enough "in the tank" . I got to bed early last night and I feel great again! :smile: I am really glad I found this group.. it is really positive and everyone helps each other out! :smile:

I can get a side stitch if I run at 150-160 BPM Heart Rate for too long.. once I slow down to 130 to 140 BPM it goes away. I think it has to do with my conditioning.

I have gone up and down so many times I can't count. I have constantly gone back and forth between 175 and 205 for about 15 years. Every time I lost was by counting calories, but I ate too little: 1200-1400 calories for a 5'7' guy doesn't cut it. I would then binge and gain it ALL back in a few months. this time I am doing…
