As of July 17 Today jogged on treadmill 4 separate times for 84 minutes total! Total Jogs/Running - 8/17 It's great to see everyone into this! :smile:

Discovered a great jogging pace on treadmill and knocked off 4.5 miles of jogging at a 125-130 bpm pace Then did extra walks + fitbit for a total of 9.9 miles today 22624 steps. Total: 84.7 Miles to date

OP - good post! :drinker: I bank my calories for a rainy day. I don't worry about being "Green" for every day as long as I average "Green" for the month. Right now I have taken out a "calorie loan" because of a business trip.. so I have to gradually "pay it back" to get my balance sheet right. I feel like I have much more…

@allbayin - Maybe I misread.. but I think the reason is that different online calculators use different formulas. For example with bodyfat I found at least 4 different methods. Plus some of the calorie burning ones didn't even account for VO2 Max and that is a big piece of the puzzle.thanks! :smile:
