I exercise so i can eat more and lose weight comfortably. Also I feel like I am "living maintenance" because of this attitude. On the other hand: "you can't out run poor dietary choices on a consistent basis"

Ran 2 miles under 24:00 minutes for the first time in a year. Ran another 1.5 for fun - walked a lot! Total: 133.5 Miles to date

July 24th - 20 minute run July 25th - Ran 2 miles in less than 24 minutes I have had a year of recovery from all sorts of injuries and this is a great sign. :smile: 15/25

^^this - very well put! The more I log the better I get at it. Also When I go out and I know I am going to an applebees or a Chilis. I just check out the menu beforehand, know what I am going to order and there is no drama. Then I can concentrate on enjoying the meal with coworkers and clients.

Hi There, I am a 5'7", I started at 203 and I have been losing 2-3 lbs per month. I eat 1800-2200 calories per day. You are either: 1. Lots of "Hangry" folks here today! :smile: I used to be "Hangry" when I was trying to eat 1200-1400 cals a day to lose weight. As a 5'7" Male weighing around 195 that was just pure stupidity.
