Hi feel free to add me. 52 year old guy 5'7' currently at 190 trying to get to about 150. Eating 1800-2200 cals per day. More if I run or lift. Know my BMR and TDEE. Slow and steady for me. I am elated if I lose 2-3 lbs per month and still have energy to work out!
