I am already at my protein limit for the day ...and Only at lunch...I did weights this morning... What do I do? I have snack at 2pm and still dinner..in which I wanted to have chicken ... how much over is good...and will it hinder weight loss?:flowerforyou:

That so makes tons of sense...one day I ate toast before a heavy workout...had nil energy. could hardly push out my 8 th push-up ..From then on I made sure I always ate protein before. Yes, I think that you should eat your cals...I am learning the hardway. Me, having always been on "A Diet" is finding it so hard to understand.. eating 1200...then eating all my exercise cals too...to loose weight..you have to. I haven't moved on the scale... So now I am eating all those cals and starting to loose. FINALLY…

Oh ya, I know I am doing it the healthy way....But I want the awnser to how she is flying off the pounds...What the heck ...If I eat under 1200 cal my body weight has no shift. She is totally in starvation and the weight is coming off. I know I feel great...I have done those diets since I was 13-14...now 30 and still…
