I have also found going from 3 meals to 5 or 6 smaller ones....allowed me to drop 5 lbs...in 2 weeks....after dieting so long...could hardly believe the food switch up worked....! Happy, Happy!!!

Make sure that you are eating whole foods.....and your essentail fatty acids... Avacado's...EGG "YELLOW's" these are essentail for your body. Fiber....It's all good. I thought the same as you. I just started losing ...because i did eat them back. After months of not eating them my body stayed the same...I was so upset...cause I was exercising...4 times a week....and nothing....now in just under a week and and a half almost 2 lbs down.... Just do it... at least you can see for yourself.…

I have never had sweet potatoes with marshmellows ...or anything sweet either... I steam them in my steamer...then butter, salt and pepper...My kids love them.....or make a soup with them...blend them up and add potatoes all blended....and whatever other veggie...some spices and you are off to the races!

Lindt--- dark choc. they come in individual squares 85% pure co-co...It is healthy ...and 3 squares at 90 cal....sometimes I eat one and it's enough...or sometimes the 3..heeheee. But I LOVE CHocolate...and the dark kicks a craving....and it just feels healthy good after...!

Yes....you sound like me... i am 5.5 154lbs...I was at the begining just eating 1200 cals or below..just cause i was so used to being "on a diet" like my entire life.
