I didnt log today because it was my son's birthday and there was nibbles out all day. By the end of the day I figured today's a write off so had an iced coffee and a kit kat

Back out on the garden today. This time it is the back yard. My biggest issue is that I don't own a set of scales. I used to use my Wii fit but my wiimote is broken so I can't at the moment. Also if anyone wants to add me to their friends list i will accept any and all

so i logged it as 45 minutes gardening. gave me 299 calories. seems quite high for the amount of time but figured i was out there for a lot longer so its good enough for now.

If I had 15 minutes I would have eaten my home made muesli. 3 kids under 9 all have to be ready for school by 8.30 and I never get to bed before 12 with work. Mornings in my house are crazy. When I say I didn't get time I seriously didn't get any time :) Sounds nice tho. I'll give it a go one day.

certainly if you binge all your calories in crappy food you wont be eating much and you will be hungry. but using your spare calories for a slice of pizza or a chocolate bar every now and then is crucial to not falling off the wagon and binging all over again.

Swapped out my morning cappuccino for a macchiato today (shot of coffee and 20ml of milk) so I'd call that a win. Still needed a teaspoon of sugar tho but still better than a massive mug of milk with chocolate powder on top

Yesterday was a better day Mostly good but a couple of little slips. Today I'm logging and have determination. My big vice is iced coffee. But I will get through this week without one and reward myself with a small one on the weekend. I normally get the big ones.

my wife just bought the maintenance bod excercise and nutrition 12 week program. the food so far has been pretty good (we all eat it as it is easier than prepping different meals for everyone). i was hoping the meals would be in here as i cant be bothered entering the recipes myself :D

the ability to wear short skirts to work when its hot (i dont mean mini skirts, just above the knee). have you ever seen a guy where business shorts to work? it doesnt happen. we have to wear long pants every working day of the year.

I love my 1911 in 9mm. Full size, steel framed stainless finish. Just looks good. I like the single stack mag too. Double stacks are just too thick in the hand. Being in Australia we can't have more than 10 rounds anyway so double stack is pointless.
