week 8 day 3 how close did you get
how close did you guys actually get to running 5km in 30 minutes on that last run. ive just done week 8 day 1 at a pace of 6:36 and I can't see myself shaving 36s per km off in 2 runs it should be called couch to 30 minutes

1st real ride tonight
