So many PB's

Well i went out with a goal in mind and i smashed it. Since it was week 5 day 3 I knew that with the 20 minutes non stop running I was a big chance to beat my PB on a strava segment that I run. Also, when the c25k workout is complete, I push it out with more intervals until I reach 5km.
These are my PB's according to Strava
Mawson lakes main lake circuit Goal: 14:00 Actual: 13:40 (this is a 2km segment)
5km Goal: 36:00 Actual: 35:11
plus as an added bonus
1km PB 6:09
and a whole bunch of other personal records from the other segments around that lake.
