Grrr, injured
Helping a mate move, we managed to drop steel workbench (that took 4 of us to lift) on to my foot. luckily i managed to pull it out before it got completely crushed, but it was definitely bruised and swollen and has put me out of comission for 4 or 5 days.

Complete this tonight. breezed through it really. the sound in my rundouble app cut out at the end of run 4, so i ended up doing a 150 second run instead of a 90. i also made sure that my last interval was my quickest. did 3.56km in 31 mins.
