accept my FR if you want someone that will be on here religiously for a couple of weeks then fade into obscurity for a while and then be back with a vengeance. and then repeat. i will also post smart *kitten* replies to comments on your wall but give you no advise re food or exercise.

so the consensus is pretty much post workout. which is what i planned to do. im getting 100% WPI and mixing it in 200ml milk. im always within my calorie goals when i go to the gym so mixing with milk is no issue.

my wife adds fruit to hers, usually frozen berries. tastes quite nice. work colleague made a vanilla one yesterday with a banana and a coffee shot. it was ok but i think the banana made it too sweet. vanilla with a coffee shot would be nice i rekon. or even the unflavoured one with a coffee shot would be good

i go blind. althought i dont really need them to function. i only have astigmatism. i can read etc with out them, just that everything is fuzzy so my eyes strain harder to be able to focus. i can also read things better at a distance with them on. if i go without them for too long i get a headache, but working out where im…

after you have logged all the food for the day, if your number of calories is green, then you have done good. if it is red but only 2 digits, then you have done ok. if it is red but under 500 then you are safe, if it is red and over 500 then you write off the day and move on to the next one. (using a 1lb per week deficit)
-
quite simply, you put the food down. there arent any magic answers, its just a matter of being able to do it.

i love seminars. wish i had the time and money to go to more. the stand out ones ive been to were Dan Inosanto and Jeff Speakman. Mr Speakman was awesome, acted like any other student, not a movie star or "superior sensei"

im no lifting guru but wouldnt it be better to do chest and tri's on tues/fri and back and biceps on wednesday/saturday as the work outs for chest help tri's and back excercises work the bi's.

i hit the gym usually around 9pm mornings are never going to happen. i find it hard enough getting my kids ready let alone going for a workout. having said that, on the few occassions i have done it ive felt pretty good afterwards, but its much harder getting started than at night.

im the same. its about momentum. while im into it, i dont want to stop. as soon as i take a break, i dont want to start again. it sucks. in my mind i know that once i start ill get back into it. but its just getting off the couch that is the hardest part.
