  • started insnaity week 2 this week and loving it already, the sweat pours off me at the end but i like how hard it pushes me- 4lb down in 2 weeks and looking forward to the 2nd month when it really steps up. Would like to share progress, be interesting to see how it works for everyone.

  • that is interesting, I thought you would weigh more as your skin/ body retains some of the water. Its mad how your weight can vary so much in a day- sometimes mine by upto 2lbs in a day. Thats why always good to have the same time of day as a weigh in time.
  • i tink you need to eat more, I have a daily calorie of 1200 and never use to eat back workout calories, I found myself not have much of a loss then read up and on advice of others starting eating back some of my workout calories. I normally eat around 1500 on workout days as I burn off around 1000 with double classes. Also…
