I definitely start snoring when I reach a certain weight. So does my mother. I believe it is because of the extra weight pushing down on you and constricting/collapsing your airways. Congrats on being done with snoring forever!! :flowerforyou:

Love Morningstar and Boca but make sure you read the ingredients. Some of the Morningstar items have egg whites in them (black bean burger). Nuts, cottage cheese and nonfat yogurt are good sources of protein.

Cheesecake Factory doesn't give out their nutritional information to anyone. I've found a few items but that's about it . I figure if they aren't willing to give it out that can only mean its absolutely horrible.

Those new Pilsbury reduced sugar cake mixes are good! So are the brownie mixes :laugh: . I use nonfat vanilla yogurt or applesauce instead of oil (same amount as the oil) and eggbeaters. Yum!! Now I'm hungry :ohwell:

I definitely don't think 2 Tbsp of peanut butter will make you fat! But, if you're that worried about it what about finding some different ways to add a little protein? Lowfat or nonfat cottage cheese is great, Egg Beaters, lean meat, Boca burgers....there are lots of other ways to add a little proteinw ithout adding a lot…

I love my PolarF6 :smile: Since I've started using it I have noticed a big difference. I was burning less calroies than estimated and once I started using my HRM and recording the correct count I broke out of my plateau!!

I cook Eggbeaters on Sunday night and scoop out a half cup each morning before I run out the door. I also cook turkey bacon (Esskay is my favorite brand) and grab a piece to go along with the eggs. If I'm not in the mood for that I make an english muffin and put a Tbsp of peanut butter on it.

I got my Polar F6 on eBay for $85. It came with the chest strap (I don't believe you have to buy them separately). I absolutely love it and I've seen a major difference since I purchased it.
