  • Hungry-Girl has lots of recipes that are simple to make, use everyday ingredients and taste great! You'll love it
  • You should correct the calories int he database so someone else doesn't make the same mistake!
  • MFP is My Fitness Pal , this site
  • MFP has most types of sushi listed. Anything I haven't found here I found on the dailyplate.com (and I added here). Not sure about ethiopian food....
  • I second that. I absolutely love the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt DVDs. I know you're a huge fan of lunges  . It's not exactly great music though...
  • I love this video my boyfriend and I do it together 4 or 5 times a week. The first few times were rough, the backs of my thighs and calves were killing me! Now, after doing it for a few months it doesn't hurt at all...still kicks my butt though!! I think Jillian is the hardest part but my boyfriend still thinks Bob is the…
  • Try this recipe http://www.hungry-girl.com/chew/chewdetails.php?isid=1328 . I added chicken to mine and it was delish
  • Grab some Boca Burgers and throw them on the grill!! I don't expect my firneds and family to prepare a whole second meal for me so when I go over to their houses I bring along something that I can eat without feeling guilty. They all love and support my new lifestyle so it doesn't bother anyone. If everyone is coming to my…
  • Its under the tools tab
  • My favorite substitute so far is pita pizzas. Take a pita, put some tomato sauce on it. Top with your favorite cheese ( I use fresh mozzarella and Cabot 75% reduced fat cheddar) and chicken. Cook in the oven until crispy. Delish!!
  • I do it pretty often. Sometimes dinner changes a little by the time I get to the end of my day but my breakfast, lunch and snacks are always planned out (I have to pack them in the morning before work might as well log them then!). I also use it to help encourage myself to push a little harder when I exercise, that way I…
  • I cut my cucumber up with some tomatoes (or alone) and spritz it with balsamic vinegar spray. A little salt and fresh basil makes it even better. Or, if I don't have anything else, a little salt and a smear of laughing cow swiss cheese. Yum!
  • I make this , slightly different but just about the same recipe, with ground turkey. Just as tasty!!
  • I've seen recipes where people did half and half , potatoes/cauliflower. It doesn't taste just like mashed potatoes but its a pretty good substitute. I don't find myself missing mashed taters
  • I hope you like it :)
  • So I had ground turkey that I needed to use and I came up with this: Shepherd's Pie 16 oz - Shady Brook Farms 99% Fat Free Extra Lean Ground Turkey 8 cup - Cauliflower, cooked 3 tsp - Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 cup - Onion, chopped 2 cup - Carrots, chopped 3 oz - Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar 1 cup - Cherry…
  • They're delish! Everyone makes them a little differently but basically you steam some cauiflower and mash it up with whatever ingredients you'd like. I use a little garlic, salt, pepper, and some lowfat cheese and a little skim milk to make them creamier. Healthier than a regular potato and just as tasty. My boyfriend…
  • Are you making them with cauliflower? I just steam mine until it is extra mushy then smash it with a fork or just an electric beater. To add laughing cow I just dump it in while the cauliflower is piping hot and stir stir stir!
  • Netflix all the way!! I get two movies at a time, watch one, drop it in the mail and by the time I watch the second one my next one has arrived! I've been really impressed with their selection (haven't found anything I wanted to see that they didn't have) and their turn-around time (2 days for me). :flowerforyou:
  • Its in Gabon (Africa) next season. I'm not sure when it starts but I can hardly wait!!
  • I've been so happy with my results just stick with what MFP says and enjoy your carbs!! (healthy carbs of course :) )
  • I really am  17lbs since March 19th. I'm set for cal = 1,450 carbs = 199 fat = 32 protein = 91. After I workout I usually have 230 carbs and I rarely have more than 30 left at the end of the day so I'm averaging about 200. Obviously your starting weight is lower so your carbs are lower too. Someday I'll be at 165…
  • Like I said it was just a guide she gave me for judging how many carbs were too many when I was picking out foods. Something with 2g of protein and 22g carbs is a no no. I don't eat 320g of carbs a day I have mine set at around 230g.
  • Oh! and balance is important too. Always try to eat some protein with your carbs. A little peanut butter with your toast or a handful of nuts with your fruit.
  • My nutritionist told me that I needed to eat about 80 grams of protein a day. She stressed that carbs were NOT bad and that I should just take the amount of protein in a given meal and multiply it by 4. That was the largest amount of carbs I should allow myself for that meal. Ex: 8g protein means no more than 16g of carbs.…
  • Happy birthday!! Sadly, I turn 30 in a few months  Enjoy 26, 27, 28, & 29...they go by WAY too fast!!!
  • I've got 3, a phoenix on my back, the leo glyph on my hip and the word "goddess" written in elvish on my ankle. I've been wanting a pair of dragons down my back for ages but I just haven't found the right person to do it yet.
  • No, the runner up gets $100,000 unless they changed something this season. Amanda wond second place in season 15 and 16 so she's got $200K and Ozzy won $100K his season and he'll received something for making it as far as he did. They may also have received money for just being on the show. I know that the All-Stars were…
  • I was hoping Amanda would win. She played the best game strategically and physically...but its Survivor so I rarely get what I want :). If it had been up to me it would have been Ozzy and James battling it out at the end. I have to say though Parv was definitely not my favorite person I think she played a really great game…
