Try reading "brain over binge" by Kathryn Hansen it's really helpful in clarifying why you physically develop the urge to binge and why you continue to do so. Take what she says with a grain of salt of course. But it can't hurt and she does provide some solid info.

why would you stop lol. all honestly I save my beer drinking for the weekend and I make sure it fits into my goal. sip it, have a salad for lunch, mix it with diet soda...girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. I tried giving it up and then I realized I'd rather not. so I just make it work.

Sometimes it's fun to throw some ground spices into the coffee grounds before it brews. So cinnamon or gingerbread spice mix. It's subtle and it makes things interesting.

YES!! If you start off slow with some standing poses and then work your way into things like warrior pose/pigeon pose etc. You stop when you feel pain and you slowly work your way deeper into a pose. It might be a slow process but you'll feel better in general and it's great for balance and just self awareness in general.

Not a big fan of savoury oatmeal but once in a while it's good. I usually make my oats with water, a vegetable (broccoli florets or peas etc.) throw in some ham or bacon and then make an over easy egg for the top.
