Agree, good natural ingredients are better for you in the long run. As Karincakes suggested, simply adjust serving size.

Variety is the key, (unless you are doing a strictly design program, say the 30 day shred). I would give at least one day between KB work outs. Do something else, mix it up. Not only does doing a variety of exercises work your body better, it also makes your exercising more interesting.

trackies, PJs, dressing gown. Anything really, as long as your only going out to the mailbox. Any adventures that go beyond your driveway require real shoes.

If you are worried about what the public think...DON'T. You are out there improving your life, that is something to be proud of. Look into couch to 5 k (C25K) it is designed to get people who don't run, (or think they can't) into running. Try it and you may be surprised. I would also throw my support behind that other said…

Remember that nutrition is 90% of weight loss. As much as we love exercise it is only 10% of what is done to lose weight. That said 30 day shred is right on the money, that will get your heart rate up and working well. Cycle classes are great cardio workout and have no strain on the joints as does swimming. I know you said…

You have lost 14lbs, you are on track. Motivation will come and go and sometimes the scales don't seem to budge. but when you take a look at yourself and notice inches dropping and how good you feel inside because of your new improved lifestyle, then you will get all the motivation you need. Stick with it, it would be a…

You have no reason to be. Be proud of what your doing and the goal you are working towards. If people are judging you they are probably thinking "good for them".

Sounds pretty bloody good to me. The web is full of plenty of body weight routines as well as cheap DIY gym gear. (I have made a suspension trainer, slosh pipe, indian clubs and this weekend am making a plyometric box) Just keep it varied and use your imagination (but you already seem to be doing that)

Try cutting back on the cups you drink, or moving to a milk based coffee like a cappa or latte as they are not as harsh on your stomach.

OK where are we all at. I had a stuffed back last week and didn't do any exercise. Back to the start I go...week 1 Day 1 complete

I just started the 30 Day Shred today. I use a HRM and log it under 30 Day Shred. I have a Polar F11 I got second hand off ebay for cheap. Great watch.

Not for everyone, but a cup of frozen peas

This might sound super gross, but there was a period where I would only rinse thoroughly. No shampoo, no soap, no conditioner, no treatment, nothing. I did this for over a year. The worst bit was the first 2 weeks, after that your hairs natural oils take over and keep your hair clean and healthy (and not smelly at all).

Polar is well known and well liked for many reasons. You don't need anything fancy either. The current FT4 should do it. I have an old F11 I picked up of ebay for about $30 and it is still going strong.

I like runkeeper, available on android and iOS

Best weight loss tool out there. Great investment.

Come on people. Are we still on deck?

You don't need a PT, not one with that attitude anyway. Save your money. There is plenty of support and advice in this and many other similar communities around.

Sydney here. Love the site and its motivating members.

Great post.

Check in time...Who is still on deck?

Well said. One of the best comments on this site.

Workouts don't need to be long, you make them too long and you will start to avoid them. Try and work out when you have time, be it a 30 minute walk, a game on the wii, a short HIIT workout or a lengthy weight session. More importantly do something that you enjoy and something that you will feel proud to have completed and…

Good on you. Don't be so hard on yourself about the exercise. It will come to you and soon you will look forward to your workouts. There are some great people around here who offer good advice and plenty of support.

I really wanted to get back into this but my feet just can't handle it. I got on week 5 after quite a while off and found it quite easy, however my feet are not happy with me today. I might just deal with the pain and see if it gets better.
