13 cups of water. Chicken Lasagna does sound good. I make a Zucchini Lasagna with ground turkey as the protein and sliced zucchini as the noodle. I flippin love it.

Coffee is a natural diuretic. It unfortunately flushes out the good stuff. I really try to limit my coffee intake, when I do have a cup it is decaff. As I sit here drinking a cup..............hehe.
