Week 2: lost 1.2 pounds :) Definitely losing inches so the weight will be coming off once my body prepares for what's coming :)

I have been so focused! I am exercising at least 5 times instead of 4 to hopefully get a good weight loss this week. I am keeping under my calories :)

I lost 1.2 pounds this week. I was sick in the middle of the week and still stayed near my calories, but not active at all after 5 for 2 days. Glad to see that I still lost weight even with the 2 days of exhaustion:flowerforyou:

Sundays are the worst for me. I go to my parents' house, which is filled with candy and snacks that I grew up eating. I have been working very hard to realize that sometimes it just isn't worth it to eat something that isn't going to make me feel well. Such a big help to avoid the foods that make me feel bloated, but still…
