I can't ask for anything better than that. Went back and weighed myself several times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. LOL
My clothes are so much looser and my husband finally noticed!.....When I was gaining weight he never said a thing. Now he has adjusted his foods and meals to more closely match mine.
