    Bad to have a company picnic with a dessert contest the day before weigh in. Did loose .5 inch on my waist and thighs though. Will do better next week!

    I gained 1 pound. Not a good week, my MIL has some health issues so I was doing some emotional
    eating last week. I hope to get back on track and see a loss.

    Staying focused and drinking a LOT of water. I had no idea how much fat was in some of my favorite snacks. Now that I am tracking on MFP I see it and am making better choices. Not easy but I am determined!
