I was counting calories and excercising and actually gaining weight, then i stopped obsessing and i discovered soup. 3 out of 7 days a week i do all liquids just soup and unsweetened tea and i lost 10 pounds in 10 days, with out weight loss supplememnts of starving myself

I'm only now relizing that i can have a whole meal of shrimp brown rice veggies and sauce and its still lower in calories than 2 poptarts..... i use to think it was about eating less, now i know better. asd soon as i get comfortable counting calories i'll split it into 5 meals for now I'm on 3

yup, i've been the same weight since i was 12 years old but by the time i hit 20 i was taller and leaner and my shoe size had went down an entire size

a good way to add sweetness to green tea is adding fruit some mint and tangerine work well...... take a pitcer of cooled down green tea add some mint and a tangerine slice up skin on and just let it sit a while before you put it in the fridge mangoes, peaches and apples which are very sweet also work well

90 calories a slice 180 calories every 2 slices and u stuff it with junk,,,,,, it high in starch and sugar which makes it high carb, i have to fing a better alternative smh
