I make this everyday for lunch. Once a week i purchase all the produce, wash and cut up and put them in the freezer in baggies so it's easy to prepare. I use Vitamin Shop Vanilla Whey protein with 1 cup unsweetend almond milk and 1 banana for breakfast almost everyday. I use the $20 Bella blender (Target). It's quick and easy to take on the road and actually taste really good. I find it's a great way to start the day. Total calories about 240.
