Looking for motivation and inspiration. I'm also a great cheerleader! I will push,applaud,and listen. I've been told I have a bubbly attitude. My problem is I have no outside support system. I have one friend who is overweight and just doesn't want to lose weight,all my other friends are skinny! I have sleep apnea and hypothyroidism which has made this journey a struggle. If you're like me and need a little push or even a shove,lol,feel free to add me! I started today,my doctor finally found me a prescription to promote daytime alertness,my problem for the last 3 years has been excessive tiredness,and walking around in a "fog" I'm starting to feel the effects of this medication and can't wait to start my new journey

I've been on here almost a week and am pleasantly surprised at how encouraging and supportive people are. Weight loss is a constant battle for me, but over the last few years I've lost 43 lbs. Sometimes I gain some of it back, but then I get it off plus a little more. Feel free to add me! We can all use all the support we can get0

Hello Everyone! Good Luck to all of you on your weigh loss journey. Weight was never a BIG issue with me until I had my 2nd son (3years ago). I'v e been struggling with it every day. My BIGGEST problem is eating late and not eating healthy. Being a full time mom while working a full time job doesn't exactly leave me with much time to focus on myself. I'm now taking it all one day at a time.. All the encouragement and motivation really HELP!! I'm a GREAT Cheerleader Please feel free to add me!!0

Hello I'm new and I'd love to have some people to add and figure things out with!
I'm Victoria, a 29y/o Brit in Amsterdam. I'm new to MFP (joined in beg of August) and this is the first time I've ever looked on the forum part.
I am 6'1" (which I have found really difficult in finding estimates/other women to compare with in what weight I *should* be etc). I currently weigh approx 97KGs/215lbs. I never used to weigh myself when I was younger but I know when I was at my thinnest and healthiest I was a size UK14. That is my goal (I am now a size UK18-20) but I don't know how much I have to lose to get there. I estimate that I need to lose about 19KGs/42lbs.
I am working exercise into my daily routine and my diet is very good (I go for the 80/20 thing - 80% of meals etc healthy, 20% whatever I want), but I have been tracking everything for 5 weeks and have only lost around 2.5KGs/5lbs which I find really depressing and confusing. I am wondering if part of the reason for the lack of weight loss is due to mental health medication but I've really no idea.
So: Current Weight 97KGs/215lbs, Goal Weight 78KGs/171lbs.0 -
