Did you see there is a green shake forum. You could join the group and start with that challenge. Replacing one meal a day with a green smoothie. See how that makes you feel and weigh your own personal pro's and con's.

I LOVE to eat. LOVE it. I could not get over the NOT eating part. I know that is all psychological, but that's how I roll. You watched the movie Fat, Sick and Nearly dead. He listed many reasons why juicing would be benefitical.

When I weighed under 200 for the first time in YEARS I actually thought my scale was broke. I took it outside and threw it in the garbage!

Today is day 10 and I am still muddling my way thru. I use the ap on my phone and this is the first time I have actually logged on. There are a ton of supportive wonderful people on here! You can figure it out.
