If your goal is to fit into a certain brands clothing, then cool. A goal is a goal. But don't go out of your way to fit in at high school (or whatever year you're in). Its exhausting, and when you finish school none of it matters. I wish I had the strength to ignore the pressures as a teenager (im still only 21, though :P)…

2000-2500, but it was mostly high sugar and highly processed stuff. Ive never been extremely overweight, and although I havent lost much weight since starting MFP, I feel a lot healthier and have stronger will power

Cottage cheese and muesli. Ooh, and bok choy!

For me it was the amount of stuff I would eat.. in a day. Big bags of chips and a block of chocolate - all in one day. Im surprised I never gained too much weight, but I remember feeling quite gross.

I consumed a lot of sugar as a child and I wouldn't hurt a fly.

$30-$50 for me. I buy my fruits and veges from a local fruit&veg shop which is usually cheaper than the supermarket

Potato chips are my favourite food ever. I could eat them all day, every day. Eating them in moderation doesn't help either. Once you start, you can't stop. Try kumara (sweet potato) chips, they can be a lil better. Rice crackers? I make my own chip alternative whenever I can, though its not the same. Slice up a potato (or…

Potatoes in all their forms (I would live off potato chips if I could) Chicken Chocolate dipped strawberries Sour cream

My BMI says im 0.3 over the healthy range. That's probably from boobage. BMI doesn't account for boobage

One of the reasons why I want to holiday in America - the food! Resturant food in New Zealand is quite pricey, although delicious and nutritious. I would love to spend $10 on a meal and get a days worth (or mutliple) of food out of it. Sounds heavenly. $10 in NZ would barely get you an appetiser, though it depends where…

Im a college student too and I struggle to get healthy foods for less (also groceries where I live are expensive). Is there a local fruit and veg shop where you are? I find supermarket prices for those are too high. My staple foods are brown rice, potatoes and frozen veges. Frozen and canned fruits/veges, beans and sauces…

I just wiz up some frozen bananas and it makes 'ice cream'. The riper the bananas the sweeter. You can add frozen berries, honey, whatever!

I drink about 2-4 litres a day.

I hope I lose a lot of boobage. Big boobs are horrible.

Im 6 feet and my goal weight is 75kg (approx 165lbs)

While I havent seen any significant weight loss from it, using stairs and taking longer walking routes when going to class etc has definitely improved my fitness level and my thighs and butt feel amazing, lol

Potatoes are awesome

Start off with more nutritious food options, then if you want you can switch to non foods. Berries and yoghurt, dark chocolate (antioxidants!), a homemade fruit smoothie... hot chocolate? Id reward myself with watching tv or a movie, a bath or long shower or purchasing new music or art supplies. Sometimes I reward myself…

Wear what you want :)

I am a potato chip person so I usually make my own because its much healthier. I slice up potatoes or sweet potatoes, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over them and bake in the oven til golden and crispy.

Hoping it will help cure my social anxiety. To be seen as a human being. To be treated as such. To be seen as attractive and for people to give me a chance. So I can wear what I want and not be constantly self conscious. To never be called fat again. To feel comfortable in my own skin.

If drinking water is that difficult then drink a glass every hour for 8 hours. Pinch yer nose and get it down. Add lemon or lime.

Yup, I have coffee once or twice a day, but its homemade with instant coffee. I have a teaspoon off coffee mixed with half a cup of low fat milk and the other half boiling water. Occasionally ill put a tsp of sugar in it but usually its not needed. Sometimes Ill have a Chai latte from a cafe. Coffee is one thing I cant…

This may be a bit silly, but ever since Ive been wearing high waisted jeans its as if they've squeezed the extra fat in and my 'muffin top' is almost non existent.

I always crave sugar after dinner or a big meal. Id usually scoff handfuls of lollies or cake. Now I have 1 or 2 pieces of dark chocolate. Its just sweet enough and the bitterness stops me from wanting more sweet stuff - with the bonus of antioxidants. Sometimes I have yoghurt and berries. If you want icecream, just freeze…

I'm sorta the same. Im 85kg at 180cm and I desperately want to get to 75, but I've been going between 84 and 86 for the past few weeks. I've been exercising and trying to eat better.. so I'm hoping it's water weight... or I need to eat even healthier. It's very frustrating to feel like you're doing all the right things and…

Your body should get used to it. I drink around 3 litres a day and at first I'd always be running to the loo but now not as much. Space it out during the day. If you drink a lot all at once, then you will be going to the bathroom frequently.

I'm in the same position. I'm slightly overweight so I need to lose around 5-10kg to be in my ideal weight range. It never wants to come off though! I don't tell people I'm trying to lose weight because they think i'm insane ("you dont need to lose weight, you're normal size!" "Dont go overboard, you'll end up like a…
