Roller coaster month for me... went from 185 to 181.5 then back to 185.5 then back to 181.5 and am at around 183... if I don't make it by Tuesday - I plan on making it by Friday!!!

yes breakfast every day - usually a smoothie. I also tend to eat something every two hours to not allow myself to get too hungry otherwise I binge. lost 40+ lbs...

When you set your goals here it breaks it down for you and you can choose to change the percentage of your caloric intake... You can also choose which you want to track... Does that answer your question? I haven't figured out macros yet

Look up irritable bowel syndrome and see if you have any other symptoms... Don't forget to talk to your doctor about it...

Ok well not sleeping and found this thread. Just ordered 3 month supply of Fibro Response... Will get it July 10th. Fingers crossed. So far on meloxicam. 7.5 mg twice a day... With some extra tylenol when needed... Tylenol nighttime body pain to sleep... Massage once a week and heating pad
