have your vitamin B and D levels checked... I was freezing all the time and discovered mine were low and after supplementing (mostly B12 for being cold) - I was back to normal. even though they aren't the healthiest restaurants - if you look there is always something healthier you can choose... grilled chicken breast or broiled salmon - switch the sides to just steamed veggies... or choose a salad (dressing on the side)... if you order the burger just eat the meat and tomatoe/lettuce and…

put your money aside and go dress shopping in August! if you want to have a visual motivator cut out some pretty dresses you like from a magazine (or print from on-line) and hang those around your mirror (or on your fridge door)...

lost 55 lbs, had "granny" wings before - now they are much looser... I guess that's why others can "bingo" wings? inner thighs loose as well... boobs unfortunately are often first to go... but that's ok - I'm ok with it if I'm healthier.

well today that apple turnover was so calling me - and I said that's it - I'm just going to have it... and then while still waiting at the cash I was able to talk myself out of it - the apple turnover is not going to help me reach my goal - and I didn't have it!!!

Buy it when it is on sale and freeze it yourself! If it is pre washed I throw bag in freezer. Once frozen you can squish it to break it up... I put sone in my smoothie every day.. Get checked just to be sure. Drink lots of water. I aim for minimum 45 grams of fiber every day - that usually includes benefiber in my smoothie and at least 3 ultra-fiber supplements - plus 14 cups of water a day and I usually still need my 5 prunes before bed... Hi! Diane, Montreal, get to final goal of 165 and maintain it! (5 lbs from my lowest - 8 lbs from today)... Keep on logging, eating healthy, lots of water, 10,000 steps a day - and not blowing it big time while on vacation and cruise in October!!!

THIS! get your bloods checked. My 25-hydroxy Vitamin D. blood test came back very low - feeling much better after supplementing for the past 2 months... make sure it's the 25-hydroxy test though... you usually have to specify not the usual vitamin D test.

buying into the "low-fat" is better fallacy for over 10 years... thinking that eating fat makes you fat... and believing the doctor who said I had IBS - for over 10 years... 2 weeks after cutting out gluten from my diet my IBS was cured!!! should have asked more questions rather than blindly believing...

one anti-inflammatory they put me on had me gain 10 lbs in 7 days!! good thing I was weighing daily and noticed it right away.. got off of that one!!! it's water - I promise! hope you find what you need to feel better !
