I don't regret my weight loss one bit I just can't believe how so much colder I am now. Is tgere any suggestions someone can give me to helping my new body retain a little more heat?

Layers. It's about the only thing I've found out works. I'm consistently wearing at least 2 layers now in winter.

Join the club. After nearly 100 pounds off I freeze now...I used to be hot all the time, almost ready to retire my office fan too. I now have a space heater near my desk and it is cranking out the heat, especially today at 13 degrees below zero F. outside....my suggestions...dress in layers like your Mom used to say. There are lots of choices now for thinner long underwear that you can wear inside and still be comfortable. Drink plenty of water and make sure you get your recommended protein in.

Oh, and hot green tea. No, it doesn't keep the heat in, but it's basically hot water, with a little flavor :)

Wear more clothing. You can always add another layer, that's why I'd rather be too cold than too warm.

have your vitamin B and D levels checked... I was freezing all the time and discovered mine were low and after supplementing (mostly B12 for being cold) - I was back to normal. I supplemented 2,500 mg of B12 a day to make feel the difference.

Thanks and yes I drink a lot of hot unsweetened tea. Layers and blankets have become my very best friends .

Constant movement and layers. If you get cold - knock out 20 pushups. If still cold, repeat.
