500-700 is a good number being that 3500 burns off one pound so I say at least 700 cal. a day because if you workout for 5 days then thats 3500cal(1 pound a week) GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!

Being that I <try> to burn off the cals that I eat I am somehow always under cals sooooo I have the same problem.
