Thanks!! I totally agree and will start logging truthfully beginning tomorrow. It has to be my eating because thewirkout is intense, lots of 8-10lb weights. I do not own a HRM but will need to get one soon, I've been thinking about one but wasn't sure I needed it. Good luck and thanks again!

My clothes fits the same and I feel, if anything, more energetic. I really like going to the class...I paid $100 for the month of February and really want to continue but not if it is not going to give me results. My diet is not the best and is probably the reason the bootcamp is not working. I eat about 1200-1400 calories…
