And I would like to share that I really should have waited until this morning to weigh, instead of being so impatient and doing it yesterday... this morning I was 156.8, still not a loss, but better then the 159 I was yesterday! I think maybe it was water?
Either way, I don't feel nearly as discouraged now!0 -

Hey, y'all! Well, I'm checking in and not happy to say I'm up to 162.6 according to the new scale. I've been fluctuating like crazy. I don't know if this gain is due to the strength training, TOM, or the party, but at least 2 of those 3 things won't be a problem come next weigh in. The weird thing is that I've lost an inch off each thigh, and one off the waist! I'll just have to be satisfied with that for now and keep working out. Hopefully the scale will treat me nice on the next wgh-in! Congrats to all who had a good loss....Keep it up and stay motivated....I am!!!!!!!! See y'all next week!!!!!:smokin:0

Ok, it looks like my post earlier today to the original thread caused the other new one to form. It sounds like it happens automatically - I certainly didn't do anything to make it happen. I am reposting my weigh in results (unfortunately) so they will be in the right thread. We could delete the other new one I guess if someone knows how...
Results for this week (March 15):
Well, I backtracked a little this week. This was mainly due to going to two birthday parties over the weekend!
Challenge results:
SW: 279.5 (3/1)
week 1: 277.0 (3/8) lost 2.5 pounds
week 2: 277.5 (3/15) gained .5 pound
Total loss for this challenge 2.0 pounds0 -
