Ah ok, I just realized mine is set to 24g also. Don't know where I got 36 from? So I guess I should leave it at what it is and not worry too much about it as long as most of it is natural sugar.

I usually have Weetbix and it keeps me going through till lunch. I also love Special K but don't tend to buy it as often.

Agreed. If it's to the point where you're thinking about food or your body ALL the time, and try to avoid any social outings where you would have to eat in front of people, it would be a good idea to talk to someone about it. Eating disorders ruin lives. You don't want to be there.

You can have an eating disorder no matter what size you are. Like someone else said, it's a mental disorder, not a physical one. And 800 calories a day is not enough for your body to run properly. You could be putting yourself into starvation mode. You should be eating at LEAST 1200, preferably more, if you want to lose…

Thank you so much for posting this. I had an eating disorder for about a year and a half and dramatically dropped my calorie intake. I'd be lucky to be eating 500 calories a day. I was always a thin person even before I got sick and could always eat what I wanted without putting on weight, but I still thought I was fat.…

Is there any way of manually changing your daily calorie limit, or can you only do it by adjusting your diet/fitness profile settings?

I'm 5'2" and also have a 1200 calorie limit. Sometimes struggle with it (in terms of not going over that), but most of the time I manage with just a few calories to spare.

Also, I know you probably shouldn't rely entirely on what your BMI says, but it would still be nice to have a healthy number. :)
