I guess I just have a mindset of "This is about ME, if people look at me or make judgements or whatever, It's their problem." It's hard if you feel anxiety. The first week down for me as well. Feels good! I feel "lighter" already, so happy to be making the changes I know I need to make. The tracking is such an eye-opener. It's the only way I have lost weight in the past and it's already working, with my body letting go of 2lbs just this week. Keep at it!
