1 week down

Hi all - 1 week done so far.
This summer, particularly after looking at photos of myself while on vacation, I decided come September, I am going to start a change in my life. So far, this site and Application are really helping me. Need to find allot more alternative foods than I have historically lived on.

Also, food is going well so far, hitting the gym or other increased activety levels are not picking up as much as I would like.

Also, looking to find a few friends

    The first week down for me as well. Feels good! I feel "lighter" already, so happy to be making the changes I know I need to make. The tracking is such an eye-opener. It's the only way I have lost weight in the past and it's already working, with my body letting go of 2lbs just this week. Keep at it!
  • Just finished my first week as well.
    Feeling much better than this time last.
    It will also be my first weekend not drinking alcohol in nearly 6 months, so this is strange too.
