  • Your scale only goes to 300 but you are 350 so how do you know you are doing something wrong? I mean you have to lose 50lbs before you scale will show it. You could track your progress until then by taking measurements of e.g. hips, waist, chest, neck, thigh and arm.

  • I always saw it as a bucket. Th weight range is there to give you a general guideline and will fit more than one body type.   • I learned a few months ago that no matter how crappy I feel, exercising actually helps. Especially running is wonderful for it. If I go running when I have cramps and generally feel like crap, I feel ten times better afterwards and the cramps are usually gone. I wonder why.

  • If I would eat lamb that would sound delicious. Rice itself has not a strong taste so you can eat it with a lot of things. All kinds of meat go with it. Gravy and in fact most sauces are also good with rice. You can also mix the rice with peas if you like them. There is also egg fried rice.
