Finally gave in after 2 weeks of agony & went to dr's about knee, I have 'distressed' cartlidge & ligaments, so 1st have to rest untill feel ready to walk, does that mean I have to hop eveywhere:) then up the pace to walk, jog, walk etc.which is what i've done today, gone back to square one with my couch to 5k app. jog 60…

Ok, so the fitness god's are against me:( Zumba on monday with a different caoch was different but interesting, so went for a run on Monday knee gave way and can just about walk:( Why me?

Thanks for all the advice, going to start with upping exercise to 5 times a week and drinking more water, something I don't but should do.
