everyone, thank you so much for your input, you have helped me a lot.. I know when I wear my pedometer during the day it tells me a lot of times Ive waled 5+ miles during the day & I get so surprised... thanks everyone for your help!

Hello, Im Desarae. I know Im a little late, but I accept the 100 minute exercise challenge. I just started dieting & cutting back 2 weeks ago & I haven't exercised much since I started. I will exercise 15-20 minutes every day starting Sunday. That should be a little over 100 minutes at the end of the week!
