There's days you're over eating and others you're barely eating. Plus you're going way over on carbs and fat. Try to balance. Net 1200 calories. Good luck

My doc told me to basically eat under 700 cals a day buy consuming a slimfast and 2 leancuisine meals. What an idiot. And my cardiologist(previous) told me I have a fainting disorder and told me to go home and Google it! Grrrr. I switched doctors after that.

I hated metformin. I was constantly in the bathroom. Ugh but I was on 2000mg daily, made me extremely sick. Stopped taking it a few years ago and am doing better without it.

I have tachycardia and a fainting disorder. I cannot stand for long periods( just walking through the store is a pain) however I will walk in short bouts and log all time together. Most foods have potassium in them but they are not required to list it. Brussels sprouts, potatoes with skin, ect. Campbells select harvest has soups loaded with potassium. Also tomato soups and sauce is loaded as well.

I don't have back problems. However i do have tachycardia and a fainting disorder. I cannot stand long. I limit my rounds of wii fit and walking. I also do my powerspin.
