Id go buy genghis website. Mfp sometimes is off. You could always create a new food and correct it.

Mfp is way off on cals. Before my hrm I would enter my mins then only account for half of what it said for cals. And I lost weight that way

I just bought "the biggest loser" scale can't remember the brand but it was only 20 bucks and works great.

I love love love red rose tea with my no calorie sweetener :) red rose is zero cals. Love it. (Also love getting those little figurines that come in the box lol)

I weigh in on sundays, usually after I get up, use the bathroom and move around a bit. Then I weigh myself.but I do get weighed daily on my wii fit. And Thursday the biggest loser weighs me in.lol but I don't pay attention to those weighins. Only one that matters is Sunday :)

I joined feb 17th and last weigh in on Sunday I had lost 14lbs in a months time. I'm averaging 2-3lbs a week. Hoping this Sunday is another good drop :). Keep up the great job everyone

Omg the special k cracker chips are awesome and I love the ww jolly popcorn. Caramel apple is the best and only 100 cals for 4 cups popped :)

You can do it! I haven't had any fast food since jan. As for snacks and such I keep a fridge full of, yoplait yogurt, low carb low cal tortilla shells, almonds, 100 cal cheese packs, tons of fresh fruit and veggies. I also use no cal sweetner(walmart brand) bc spelnda and truvia contain more sodium. I eat those sandwhich…

Idk. On the game it has me at almost 1700 cals a day. And doesn't count my exercise against my allowed cals. Kinda confuses me so I'm sticking to mfp plan while playing.

Mom2 I didn't believe the calorie counter on wii fit either til I wore my hrm during my workout and the wii fit plus was dead on for me. I enjoy the wii fit. Best 99 bucks I've ever spent.

Biggest loser. But it is way off on cals burned. So I use my hrm when playing. But I mainly do the wii fit for about an hr. I do the boxing and step and running. My 3 yr old loves to do the super hula hoop with me lol. Next game I get is the michael jackson game :) and then dance dance revolution.

Actually seems a little low. My sportline says I burn about 200 cals from just an hr of walking around say walmart. What brand do you currently own? Also do not go by what mfp says for cals burned they're always off. Good luck!

Go by your hrm. Mfp is way off on cals burned. I was shocked to see that I burn less than hald of what mfp says. Good luck!

I usually make a salad. 1 cup shredded lettuce, 3 oz siced celery and carrots, 11/4 c broccoli and cauliflower. Sometimes I add a little cheese and/or diced lunch meat. With 2tbsp fat free italian dressing. So with everything its about 248 cals! And it makes a large salad and keeps me full until dinner.

Mfp gave me 1200 when I started at 220lbs. I've lost 9lbs so I'm not messing with it. But I also tend to get full and am not able to consume all the net cals needed.

I do jogging and running in place. Jumping jacks,push ups,sit ups,pilates ect and tomorrow ill be getting a wii with wii fit :) while doing dishes I stand on one leg lol I also have my 3 yr old sit on my feet and I do leg lifts! Good luck!

You may want to invest in a heart rate monitor. Do not go by what mfp says for calories burned its more than half off! I thought I was burning more calories and recently purchased a hrm and was shocked to see I was burning a lot less cals! Also eat ur exerccise calories if your able to. Not religious so I'm not giving anything up. I stopped eating junk when I started dieting, I quit smoking with the new year and I don't drink soda. Good luck to everyone tho!
