I also have a major food addiction. Mine nemisis is sugar! I recently bought the Jillian Michaels Revolution. Although I don't follow it 100%, it was a huge inspiration and got me going. Now, I find it easier to watch my sugar intake and don't crave fast food anymore. That's huge for me. Good luck to you. I know you can do…

One of my coworkers started the diet for people 5'4" and under. She consumes 1100 calories a day for two or four days then bumps it up to 1600 for a single day. Since January 1, she has lost 21 lbs. I think the program is called the short peoples diet? Good luck.

A co-worker is doing the short person diet (1100 calories per day and every fourth day it's 1600 calories) and has done well. She has to eat certain foods and does no weight lifting, just cardio and stretching. Good luck!

You could try lean protiens for 2 or 3 days to kick start your diet. I started doing that on Monday and have lost 5lbs! Pure protien is definitely not good for you, but for a few days to eliminate the sugar and give yourself a kickstart isn't bad. Don't give up, you can do it!

Try a Yoplait Triple Berry Smoothy with Non-Fat Milk. 110 calories. You can find them in the frozen food section at the grocery store. Good luck!

A friend of mine had the same problem. Her doctor told her to cut out all fruit except apples and pears. She cut them out and started lowing weight again! It's worth a try. She also has 3 oz. of protien with every meal and doesn't have snacks. Good luck. You will do it!
