  • I tried Slimina and it did work. But I only used it for a month or two. I'd only recommend it if you need a jumpstart. But don't stay on it too long. Slimina is good for suppressing appetite if you really can't control yourself. Once you get used to eating less, wean yourself off the pills.
  • I just used this calculator and it said my body is not in the 4 shapes they described. Lol My current measurements are 35-27-37.
