Well, they are offering a 7 day trail membership for free but I'm not sure if there is any catch. Plus having to hook up a gym to my checking account makes me nervous as heck.

When did you start? I think you'll be fine, imo though. It's only one day and it's a holiday so I say go for it! If you are really stressed out about it, I'd just basically sample everything.

I love reading! But I honestly don't think I could even pick a favorite...I have too many! But I really love Stephen King...he's probably one of my favorites. I read all kinds of books though...I don't stick to one genre. Do you have a goodreads account?

I try to plan my meals and dairy a day ahead of time that way I can figure out exactly what I am going to eat. And snacking is fine if you can control how much you are eating at once and what you eat. That's the biggest thing about this, eating smart amounts of food and eating healthy. I also try to keep my meals 4 hours…
